KSK Precise Motion, a.s. (KULIČKOVÉ ŠROUBY KUŘIM), is an traditional manufacturer of ball screws in tolerances IT1 – IT5 produced in compliance with standard ISO DIN 3408. The company’s manufacturing program comprises precise round-headed screws for machine tools, furthermore trapezoidal screws with trapezoidal thread, screw shafts and nuts, guiding rods, linear actuators, telescopic round-headed screws, profile-free round-headed screws and beddings, and other components for the linear motion. Our offer comprises also service and reconstruction of round-headed screws – retrofit of round-headed screws. High level of quality system is regularly confirmed by an audit established according to standard ISO 9001 certified by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH. The technological park of the company contains a development workplace for surface adjustments made by lasers. This is equipped with modern scanning technologies which allow the exact control of the laser's output. The primary goal of the laser/robotics workplace is laser hardening, cladding and welding.
