CW 25.35 Telescopic Crawler Crane is a unique lifting solution mixing free transport possibility (2.5 m Width x 7,65 m Length) with 25tons lifting capacity and Crawler carrier traction. Compact boom design, combined with the smallest swing radius of the category allows its dislocation on every site; from low ceiling tunnels/workshops to confined foundation pits where it can be easily lowered, from urban area sites where its reduced footprint has no competitors to steep/soft soil conditions (70% gradeability) where its high pick&carry capacity allows unlimited lifting possibilities.

Marchetti launches a battery powered telescopic crawler crane on the market without sacrificing flexibility of use. The telescopic crawler crane CW25.35HY is the only eco-sustainable lifting solution that combines, freedom of transport due to its compactness (2.5 m width x 7.65 m length), performance with a capacity of 25 tonnes and superior mobility due to its crawler drive. Its zero emission electric motor offers a power of 110 kW and its 210 Ah batteries combined with the range extender allows an autonomy of 8 working hours, all accompanied by a very low noise level. The small range extender allows the user to recharge the batteries, in case of need, where it is not possible to recharge through the mains. This means that you can work completely emission-free when needed and remain extremely flexible. As soon as the machine is connected to the electricity network, the grid energy is used for lifting activities and the excess energy, fed into the system, simultaneously recharges the batteries. Its compact boom combined with the smallest working radius in its class allows it to operate in any location: from workshops with low ceilings to tunnels; inside foundation pits where it can be easily lowered; from construction sites in urban areas, where its small footprints have no rivals, up to conditions of soft/steep ground conditions (up to 70% slope), where its high "pick&carry" capacity allows unlimited lifting possibilities.

The MTK 180L can travel on the road without permits. Maximum capacity of the MTK 180L is 180 ton. The superstructure is operated through the truck’s PTO and can be mounted on most of truck brands available on the market (IVECO, Volvo, SCANIA, MAN, Astra, Mercedes...). Semi-round telescopic boom made of Weldox (Strenx) steel. Six sections of which two independent hydraulic extensions, and three are synchronized. Total boom height from ground 40 m. Total height with lattice extension (13 m) 53 m. Four radial outriggers hydraulically operated both from the cabin and the two sides of the carrier. The controls are independent one from another. Partial stabilization is possible. The crane is supplied with a 80 ton hook block and a counterweight of 15,9 ton in three pieces. The crane’s cabin includes comprehensive instrumentation and controls for the crane and the full motion of the vehicle on site.. The installation on a commercial chassis empowers the solution, allowing reduced travel and maintenance costs and extended lifetime cycle.
