Service platforms for horizontal machine tools
The lifting equipment (service platform) is intended for horizontal and vertical rebuilding of workspace for crew at machine tool. Horizontal movement is solved by hydraulic gearing with soft start /run out. The cabin protects the crew against flying chips and coolant. The lifting equipment is assembled by special stand with the guide rails direct to the machine. The brand new ADAPTA modular system combines the practicality of the MDF system with the strength of the HEAVY system. It is ideal for all "heavy" conditions and where the risk of impact with mechanical systems is high. This excellent result has been achieved by making a frameless panel with a 4 mm steel wire. Its high resistance is the product of the transversal ribs which strengthen it greatly. The panels of the ADAPTA system are fixed to 60mm posts by means of strong captive connections. Assembly and disassembly are quick; moreover, the absence of a frame allows a quick adaptation of the size of the panel, which can be done directly on site, in case of unforeseen events.
